In an interview with RIA Dagestan, the head physician spoke about himself, about meeting the team, and also answered questions about the state and prospects of the hospital. Where were you born, where did you study? In the year, our family moved to Dagestan. He studied first in the city, then in the Charodinsky district. He graduated from the Tsuriban secondary school. Then he served in the army.

Upon his return, he entered the Dagestan State Medical Institute, which he graduated from the year. Then he passed the residency in neurology, after which he was invited to the post of assistant department of non -drug therapy of the DGMU. In parallel, he was engaged in medical activities. I was interested in everything related to eastern medicine. Then this direction was already allowed by our healthcare.

In the year, he opened the private center “Synthesis -M” in order to realize and develop interesting directions to me. He worked with like -minded people. We did many things for the first time in Dagestan. In December, I was prescribed by the chief physician of the republican hospital of recovery treatment. It was a new challenge, new interests in which I plunged my head.

And recently I was appointed the head physician of the first city hospital of Makhachkala. Here, only employees of a person are a huge team. Of course, a lot was connected here with the former head physician, because he was gaining a team. Now they are looking closely at me. They are not even looking at my words that I spoke at different meetings with the team, but to my actions.

The reaction of the team depends on the actions of the leader, because everyone can speak beautifully. I fundamentally make only such statements so that later my actions are agreed with what I said. If we talk about the expectations of employees of the hospital, then they are aimed at changes, changes. Here is a very good base that you just need to structure and send it to the right channels, because it is a multifunctional clinical association.

This was the plans for the previous leadership of the hospital. We will try to realize all this qualitatively. The hospital is designed for more than beds. Imagine, this is a whole living organism, one of the large clinical associations of the republic. Naturally, the townspeople have great expectations from our joint efforts with the team. And we want new dialogs with the population, we want to become patient -oriented.

And the relevant statements were announced by me in the very first days after the appointment. And in order for the feedback with patients, we opened a “hot line” to receive complaints and proposals. It is not assigned to city phones, since there can be summed up there, and the operator may not be in place. We will hang the numbers of the “hot line” in all structural units. If here we manage to change something in terms of accessibility of appeals and consultations, then we take off a huge block of social problems in the republic.

After all, a large number of population of Dagestan lives in Makhachkala. Therefore, we must make the patient can contact us through all communication channels. The population wants and should receive the whole range of free medical services guaranteed by the state. And the guarantor of the implementation of these rights in this hospital will be me. Please tell us more about this direction.

Such a proposal came from a professor of institute, as part of his arrival in Dagestan. We intend to go to other clinics. Cooperation with them using telemedicine will allow us to receive online consultations for difficult cases. In the future, we will be able to advise, if necessary, the relevant specialists of the regions and cities of the republic.

The idea, as it seemed to me, was interested in the minister. It will be a pilot project based on our hospital. After all, the institution is huge and the coverage of the population is also huge. The implementation of this area today is hindered by us problems with the connection. The minister promised to meet us in resolving this issue. In particular, there is a meeting with representatives of PJSC Rostelecom, which guarantee us high speed of the Internet.

My experts have enthusiastically accepted this idea and are ready to cooperate with the leading centers of Russia. We will raise surgery to another level. This week I completed bypassing all departments. Where it will be discussed about the salvation of a person’s life, the work should be at a high level. All other departments will also be improved. Soon we will open the hemodialysis department.

This is one of the demanded directions in Dagestan. On the day we have coronarography and stenting. Almost the entire surgical block provides high-tech medical care for cardiovascular diseases, in terms of ENT, urology.The other day, we had operations on the part of the urology, which no one has yet carried out in the North Caucasus. We invited experts so that our employees in this direction also develop.

The hospital has a huge potential that needs to be developed. More than 25 thousand receives stationary assistance here per year. This is a very high indicator. And if all the help is provided at a qualitative level, then the population assigned to us will be healthy. Here you need to improve the quality of medical care, including high -tech medical care. But first of all, the population is guaranteed the rights to provide free medical care.

And in the republican hospital of recovery treatment, we also gave priority to this particular direction. In the first month we will try to bring it to the corresponding norm. There are funds for this. You just need to correctly distribute financial structures. In fact, we will already stimulate those areas where the clinic has a growth point. We have many devices for more than years.

They function, work. But if there is a need to update the park of devices, we will work. We need to strengthen those who are already working. I warned the employees that we will have to abandon those who do not want to develop, and invite those who are ready to work. Everyone will have time for development. We have no practice when, due to the fact that the patient will die every other day, ask relatives to take him.

If the patient can extend life for at least one day, we will make every effort for this. Of course, each death case is considered at a high level. We openly stated that if there is a death case on a medical error, then we ourselves will punish these specialists. Himelles who have no documents are sometimes brought to us. But we save their lives, because a person is important to us, and not the papers for which they will pay us later.

Do you carry out any measures to attract the population to test health? I believe that it should be covered not only by the medical community, but also promoted through the media. That is, the patient needs to explain why he should undergo prevention. We have problems that grow. And again they need educational work of both medical workers and the media. We must talk about it.

It is necessary to reconcile people with doctors. Because a person has one and his life alone. And we must be focused on improving the quality of his life.
