I have been a leader all my life. Even my name is Atadurdy. In my people there is a tradition: when the grandfather dies, the first son is called Atadurda, which means "instead of grandfather." After my studies, I taught at school, but to teach with a scientific degree - it’s funny and I was elected in the Komsomol hill. They just didn’t choose there. In the year I took up the traditional business and earned my first million dollars in the year.

I had a large corporation with large trade and huge income, but everything was held on my connections ... In the year I came to Russia and tried to organize a business here. In Russia, I first met MLM. I liked this system, I tried, but I didn’t catch up with something. Then I spent a year studying this system. Met with distributors of different companies and only bought out the starting sets from them.

I bought about 50 sets for a year. In the year, I realized that I was ready, and said "Forward! In the year I went to Europe and worked there up to a year. Then I realized that this business is not the way it seemed to me. If a person is rich, this is bad if a person hires other people and reaps the products of their work - this is bad. So many businessmen think. So our society is arranged. But until you re -read a lot of literature, do not change your consciousness, you will not succeed. I could not be simple. I was not a duplicate distributor. You can be a super-hero, but in order for the business to work when you are not, you must be able not to sink to the level of your distributors, but to raise them to your level.

I advise distributors, to be like them, to help your people develop. Many cannot distinguish people in whom it is really worth investing. All distributors are divided into three groups: - dummy. These people take away your time and energy. They do, but it doesn’t work. In general, these are good people. These are super-heroes. Every time they go on stage, you are ready to write.
