But the one who did it a little earlier has certain dividends. This is first. Secondly, speaking of the prospects of Russian energy mass building, we must make an amendment to compete with foreign companies that have been limited to the market to this day, and now 50 were afraid of 50 for small companies, we were afraid to cooperate with our enterprises. Nevertheless, almost all companies have plans for implementing in Russia today.
The Russian market is a fairly serious share in their sales. So the later we gain power, the more chances we will give competitors both foreign and inside Russia. Now the situation, it seems to me, has been leveled, demand is equal to the proposal. Further competition will intensify, there will be more players than the market needs. When I give a business card, they often ask me: what are you transporting? There will be rebranding. We are already doing this. The market requires transformers more powerful, therefore, after 4 to 5 months, the most modern and well -equipped enterprise in the Russian Federation, Europe, and in the world will be launched in the territory of another plant.
Under Uralmash is a small part of the fact that Rosenergotrans will be in the future. Now in the segments of the production of dry transformers and current -limiting reactors it is difficult to predict the trends, because the entrance barrier to this market is much lower than on others. The volume of investments in the second will be three times more - 1 billion million rubles.
In the segment of dry transformers in 2 to 3 years we and the plant near Moscow entered. In the coming year or two, four or five players will come. Then the appearance of new manufacturers will stop: the competition is very tough. In relation to other machine -building products, this is a fairly small segment. And the one who comes later will fall into the tail of the market.
The payback in Energomash is three to six years. The plot for the second site is 3 hectares, and it is necessary to plus three sites in our acquisition stage, and all in different places.We went to the Government of the Sverdlovsk region with a request to provide us with assistance with obtaining land in order to concentrate all production in one place. They promised to help.

This is one of the best machine -building enterprises in the post -Soviet space, a colossal school. The first six months, they rented part of the workshop in Uralmash, the components were purchased in parts abroad - they received a commodity loan with a delay.
And according to the opening principle, the final assembly of the transformers was carried out. We knew that the product was keenly in demand. Three years ago, a workshop was bought out of rent, headed for permanent investment in technology. The impetus for creating their own production was the optional partners, participants in the cooperative chain. I understand that in Russia it is impossible to create a full screwdriver.
You are constantly tearing off the deadlines, accordingly, you tear off. Identified the cleanest. Have you been to our workshop? Why do you need a white floor? White reflects light, gives a feeling of purity and space. Any trifle is noticeable. But two years ago we realized that only with this product we would not leave anywhere. Say, take the sample. So: it does not work in Russia.
The producing bolt to the transformer with us is certainly eager to produce the entire transformer. And the production transformer is entirely engaged in transformer substations. Our specifics - we want everything. Our holdings are not vertically or horizontally integrated, they are spherical integration, develop in all directions. This is one consideration - where the market will go, we are there.
There is another. Remaining a niche manufacturer, you have two prospects: the first one is to wait until large companies will “come for you” and absorb, the second is to turn into a large company to lead your policy on the market. The smaller and more exclusive, the deeper your product plunges into the cooperative chain with all its flaws, the less influence on the final consumer you have.
Not only he dictates the conditions, but all the companies of the chain between you. It is more difficult to compete. Therefore, the horizon of our ambitions and planning has moved far beyond the limits of today's production. A strategic development plan has been developed up to a year. The customer needs energy-we will build a generation in the strategic plan, the task is to create our own construction and installation direction, and ensure the transfer of electricity to the final consumer.
We will produce the entire complex of equipment for generating and transmitting electricity through networks.
