At the same time, it is more difficult for humanitarian directions, incredibly popular, more recently, it is more difficult to stand out than in past years, and it was more difficult to act on them: the highest passing score of the year was required in such areas as international relations, foreign languages, jurisprudence, economics and advertising. In total, the Penza State University accepted this year in target programs near the person and will train specialists for Rosatom, Roscosmos, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and other organizations.

The way out of this situation is targeted training. After all, this concept itself is from the word "goal", and all of us are common: the development and prosperity of the country as a whole and our region in particular, a worthy life of people. Alexander Gulyakov is confident that neither the indiscriminate accusations nor excessively hasty steps are unacceptable in this matter. The Rector of PSU believes that the experience of European universities on which the Bologna system is founded has nevertheless brought a lot of benefits: for example, Russian teachers and students got the opportunity to consolidate with the largest educational and scientific institutions in the world, developing promising projects in various industries.

At the same time, it would be completely wrong to forget about the experience of the Soviet Higher School, which gave a strong base of professional knowledge and prepared true universals, especially the technical profile. By combining the achievements of both systems, we can get unique students' teaching methods, Golyakov believes. Who are you, freshman -? Thus, the average competition for each budget place amounted to 3.3 people - this is higher than in any other educational institution of the region, they say at PSU. Some of the applicants gained advantages in connection with the availability of personal achievements: a person graduated from a school or college with honors, wrote a graduation essay on a high score, are owners of gold and silver icons of the TRP, and about a hundred children worked as volunteers.

Two applicants are enrolled in the university in a special quota as children of participants in a special military operation in Ukraine. Is it a lot or little? How to break this trend? It is not necessary to break anything, Alexander Gulyakov believes: “A person himself builds the trajectory of his fate, and if he is aimed at life in the capitals, he should not impede him. On the contrary, such guys need to be proud of, support them, then in the futureness they will be able to help with the over the peaks to help the Penza region with everything they can.

Already today we see many examples when Penza, including our graduates, occupy high posts, and this is beneficial for all of us. ” However, it is extremely important that as many talented and promising young people can still stay at home-this is one of the main tasks that the rector of PSU sets himself and the university. However, for the saying “where it was born, it was useful there”, of course, should be responsible for not only universities.

It is necessary to motivate children of promising growth, the level of culture and social security in the region - so high that going to another region simply will not make sense. A well -thought -out set of measures is needed, but this should not be a coercion method, you can hold youth only by creating worthy conditions.Only then will our youth be patriots not only of the whole country, but also their small homeland.
