Lyapunov biography

From the Star of the Nobility. In the year, in the rank of Privat-Tocent in the city of Kharkov, he began lectures in all courses of the department. In the years, he published his work in the "Messages of the Kharkov Mathematical Society". In the year he received the title of Ordinary Professor of Kharkov University.
