You are a person who has gone a long way in the Russian and foreign market. We would like you to share experience with us. And, perhaps, the first question: why did you decide to become a lawyer? Initially, I did not know what jurisprudence and advocacy are.

I was born and lived in a closed city, at the age of 16 I gave a subscription that I would not communicate with foreigners, since there was a large nuclear reactor, which was first ruled by my parents, and then my brother. Therefore, my dream was freedom. I entered the Military Institute of Foreign Languages ​​to the Faculty of Western Languages. From there, they mainly fall into the foreign intelligence service, and the most gifted ones become James Bonds from the cinema.

After passing the exams, I was suddenly expelled from translators by someone “thieves”. Then I ended up at the Faculty of Law, which at that time was the most prestigious. I even had a buying male tear from pity for myself, because my dream broke off. After all, it was a very prestigious university, all students after graduation went abroad. That's how I became a lawyer.

After the institute, I fell into a court stream, because most of the 75 percent is the prosecutor's office, and a very small part is a military tribunal. At first I directed the apparatus of a large military tribunal, I understood the whole system, pony-machine, how reporting is made. Then, by decree of the Supreme Presidium, I was appointed a judge. I believed that the judge is independent.

I was naive, I thought that everything was as written in law. But as soon as I came to the military tribunal, they told me what decisions I can make. Then I realized that I was not on the way with the system where they dictate to you, what to say and what decisions to make. I had a different idea of ​​truth and justice. It was not difficult for me, so to speak, to “jump” from this service, since I had orders and medals.

But, nevertheless, I had to sit in this position for 9 months. I waited for me to call me a judge from work. At this time, I mainly wrote articles and spoke to personnel. I went nowhere, I had nothing. And suddenly I saw on TV a lawyer who said that he had been working as a lawyer for 40 years. And I thought how 40 years you could deal with the same thing. I drew attention to what the bar is.

After some time, I realized that I like to protect people more. Once my friend asked me to help her, this was my first trial. As a result, I won this business, and for me it became a kind of significant event. I realized to win - you should like it. It is very little to be smart, reasoned, it is not enough to have sufficient evidence, because the court makes a decision based on the norms of procedural law.

The judge, when issuing a verdict, is guided in addition to laws, with his personal conviction and conscience. Having a good relationship with the judge is the key to success. I also want to say that if you want to succeed in any business, you must love your business and "get sick" to them. Now we are read by young beginner lawyers, and they cannot imagine that one thing can last a year, not two, but much longer.

It was one thing in Italy, which lasted 19 years, though I gave this business for 4.5 years. And this was a fascinating journey for me. Therefore, the secret of success is very simple: you should be a super creative person, should fan from your business. If you want to succeed in any business, you have to love your business and get sick with it - communicating with influential people of the era that you have gleaned the most important thing for yourself?

And what is the correctness in my view? I understand that all this is relative, and everyone has their own truth. But the right person is the one who understands what is good, what is bad, what is right, what is not. If you do everything right, everything is folding correctly. The most banal things: you should not deceive, give false promises. You still participate in many shows, perform on different channels, radio stations.

Do you consider yourself a showman to some extent? If so, would you like to release your own show? I got on television absolutely by accident. They called me and asked me if I want to participate in the television program "Federal Judge". The main team was from the real judge. We traveled to Cologne, Germany, record a pilot project. The general producer did not want to take any actors.

Returning to the question, I will say that I do not possess acting talent, because I always play one role - I do not try to do anything else. Therefore, I believe that television and YouTube need programs that would help people solve practical issues. Now YouTube is used not only for entertainment, but also to obtain information, to acquire new skills, people use YouTube as Wikipedia.

The utility pushes out entertainment, and this is very cool.Reforms in television and education, this is all one. The political circle and now, are they different? Unfortunately, I must admit that this is already a cast. Of course, there are good and correct people, but they are “built” into a system that separated itself from the people. The secret of success is very simple: you should be a super creative person, should fan from your business - there was a time that you fought with this system?

Even if you take as an example your confrontation with the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kulikov? After all, not everyone could argue with the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, taking into account what a strong political person he is.

When I went and said that I did not want to be a judge, they did not understand me and threatened to send me to hell. Was I scared? Of course, yes, I was alone, no one helped me. But fear did not drive me to agree, fear only spurred me to go forward. And I can say that I went against this system. I went and met with the head of the military tribunals, who looked at me.

He turned to his assistant and said: “What, already young senior lieutenants, when they go to the great, are not introduced? Exactly 10 days later, they called me from the Supreme Court and in very “delicate colors” were invited to another meeting. Then I said that I have no time today, because I am going to complain about the Presidium of the Supreme Council.

The personnel officer is the most important in the system, I was very scared and then I realized that I was on the right track. I saw that the activity of a simple person can lead to a result. While I was in Afghanistan and in other places, my life circumstances have changed, my child grew up, my wife was experiencing severe stress. Then I just told the truth and took advantage of the fact that the Minister of Defense said that the number of the army was reduced.

I got a meeting with the leadership, and they treated me very cynically, not as a citizen, to the officer, as a appointed judge, as a gentleman of orders and medals. Then I demanded a document where it will be written that they would call me, and oddly enough, they brought me this document. And so I sat and waited for 9 months. This case taught me that I need to run to where everyone is running.

Then I was amazed at how many people called me and expressed deep respect. I was the first to fight for justice. When I did not spare and I am proud that I left this system, not taking out a single sentence. And the second time I ran into this system when I represented the interests of the presidential candidate of the Lebed against the Minister of Internal Affairs Kulikov.

It was a certain war, and he executed an order. Kulikov received the title of Deputy Prime Minister. Where it is seen so that the Minister of Defense becomes Deputy Prime Minister. It was an isolated case. Kulikov spoke at the College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, calling the swan with unpleasant words. And then we sued him. These were very difficult times when they could simply bring and bury, intimidate, etc.

Then I was able to make the impossible - to charm the judge. No one could believe that he would make such a decision, because there was such a person with a co -defendant.
