They barely breathed and lived, but thanks to the strength of the spirit and the support of each other they were able to survive. It was a real miracle, because there were few such survivors. The main thing that helped Edith helped is her thoughts that no one could take away from her.

After the war, Edith married, gave birth to a child and emigrated to the United States of America, along with her middle sister Magda, where she decided to devote her life to the study and practice of psychology.
