The head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Chuvash Republic, Alexander Poltinin, the head of the State Labor Inspectorate in the Chuvash Republic, Alexei Metelkin, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Chuvash Republic, Alexander Smirnov, the leading composition of the Prosecutor's Office of Chuvashia and the Gorrayspets Prosecutors, the leading composition of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Chuvash Republic, took part investigative departments.
During the collegium, the prosecutor of the republic noted that the issue under discussion deserves special attention, since the safety and health of workers is dependent on how timely and in full the employers are ensured. This year, by more than a quarter, from 34 to 43 the number of industrial accidents increased by double, from 8 to 17 - with a fatal outcome.
The level of production injuries with serious consequences remains high enough for the republic.
The main causes of accidents are unsatisfactory content by employers of workplaces and the organization of production work, non -compliance and weakening of control by responsible officials of enterprises and organizations established by the legislation of labor protection requirements, as well as violation of the employees of the process of the technological process.
The head of the investigative department, Alexander Poltinin during the speech, also noted that the Russian Constitution is guaranteed the right of each person to work in conditions that meet the requirements of safety and hygiene, and therefore the protection of safe working conditions is one of the priority tasks. It is indicated that for 9 months of this year, investigators have initiated 17 criminal cases on the facts of violations in the field of labor protection leading to serious consequences.
The first deputy prosecutor of the Chuvash Republic, Alexander Evgrafov, First Deputy Head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Chuvash Republic, Anatoly Mitin, the head of the State Labor Inspectorate in the Chuvash Republic, Aleksey Metelkin, as well as other persons participating in a meeting of the Board of Person, also voiced their opinions and proposals.
At the end of the event, Vasily Obovsky once again emphasized that labor protection issues should be in the constant field of view of employees of the state -owned inspection, prosecutors, and employees of the Investigative Committee. Correct approaches to organizing work in this direction, systematic, quality of supervision and a guide to prevent offenses will positively affect the state of law and ensuring the rights of citizens to safe working conditions, both in the territory of each district, city, rural settlement, and throughout the Chuvash Republic.
According to the results of the event, the collegium made decisions in which specific measures are laid aimed at improving the state of legality and increasing the efficiency of prosecutorial supervision and work in the indicated area of activity.
