Stanislav Malkov Biography
For many years, whole years of labor dynasties work for many years to write to the author - families that, generation after generation, devote themselves to marine professions. On the eve of the Day of the Fisherman, which the whole history of Primorye remains one of the most important holidays of the region, they shared their stories about the search for life calling, hard work and family love for the sea, reports IA PrimaMedia.
Vladivostok is rightfully called the city of sailors and fishermen. It was here that they came and come from different parts of the country to try themselves in a romantic profession. So German Malkov came to Primorye from the Sverdlovsk region. First - just to see the sea, and, ultimately, to plow it. Where I was born, there was no sea, but from this I was drawn even more. In addition, I really wanted to see the world.
He came to Vladivostok in a construction team, decided to stay here and stay - the sea, nature. He graduated here and returned to his dream. German Malkov. Photo: From the personal archive, the passion for the sea "dragged on and captured" from the first flight, says the interlocutor. The successes in his career were also inspired-he "grew up" to the first boarder mechanic responsible for the technical condition of the production workshop.
In total, German Malkov devoted 36 years of his life. During this time, he managed to convey his business and knowledge to his son Stanislav. In no case did not insist, says German Vasilievich, his son made a choice himself and was not mistaken - he turned out to be a specialist with truly "marine" qualities. In addition to stress resistance and responsibility, there is a great meaning in these words.
Here is my son with such "marine" qualities, so he loves his work, despite its complexity and responsibility. In general, I notice that another sea generation is growing. I am watching the youth that comes to the Russian fishing company - sensible guys, hardworking, responsible, not afraid of difficulties, determined, ”says German Malkov. Stanislav Malkov. Photo: From a personal archive, Stanislav Malkov himself says that love for a fishing craft lives in three generations of his family.
Grandfather was an old man, mother studied in Dalrybvtuz and worked for some time as a driver. A good example is contagious, so immediately after the end of Dalrybvtuz, at 21, he also began his own way in the marine profession. The specialty allows you to work both in the sea and on the shore. But still I like to work at sea, I always strove for this. I am pleased with my choice, satisfied with my work.
I can safely say that I do not work for the sake of money. For me, the pleasure of work is in the first place. In this regard, I am a happy person, ”says Stanislav. Photo: Of course, you can’t call a simple work from a personal archive, the fisherman adds. She does not tolerate negligence, requires responsibility, and sometimes even heroism. Stanislav Malkov has such a story. In one of the flights of the vigilant team, it was possible to save the puppies noticed on the ice floe, which today are already adult dogs.
Alexey Galin is also a hereditary fisherman. Already in his school years, looking at his father, who worked in the Russian fishing company, dreamed of the sea.
Separation from dad did not overshadow the idea of the profession - on the contrary, it made it possible to feel the real joy of meetings. We worked on the ship with my father. He is a driver of a fishing installation, I am a sailor. I helped me get comfortable, learn a new profession, and in the next flights I was already his replacement - RMU driver. While the father, Viktor Eduardovich, is on the next flight, the son is preparing to meet the Fisherman's Day and also go to the sea.
He hopes to fulfill the dream-to get to one of the modern super-trawlers, which are built for RRPK at Admiralty shipyards in St. Petersburg. In addition to high wages, comfortable conditions are also attracted - the “five -star hotel rooms” instead of cabins, the production workshops equipped with the latest technology and even a modern gym. Alexey Galin. Photo: from the personal archive - RRPK is continuously developing and we, as employees, cannot not notice this.
New vessels are being built, coastal processing capacities and a range of deep processing products are being developed, and the culture of fish consumption, including pollock, are changing. This wild white fish is becoming more and more popular and close to people. Soon, the younger brother of Alexei, who graduated from the school, can join the “sea” dynasty of the Galins, who graduated from school this year and really wants to become a shipbuilder.
Julia and Alik Mukhametdinov - another family of fishermen - have been working in RRPK since the year and celebrate their professional anniversary this year. By the way, they will meet a new decade of work in the company already in a new position. In the next flight, we will be technologists whose task is to control the quality of products. The work is very interesting, so we are waiting.
I would like to get to a new ship, for the production of Surimi, ”says Julia. Julia Mukhametdinova. It turns out that the sea not only separates, but also unites, the interlocutors say.Like parents, Anastasia does not miss the opportunity to grow and climb the career ladder. Now she is also studying on a technologist. Ahead - three more years of college. Anastasia Mukhametdinova.
Photo: From a personal archive - the profession of a fisherman is one of the most traditional and, as it seems to me, prestigious. The fish industry has a great future, because the fish has always been and will be necessary and your favorite product. We congratulate the employees of the Russian fishing company and all fishermen with the upcoming holiday, we wish the calm sea and seven feet under the keel!
