This visual access to their predecessors, a sense of self -awareness and understanding of their personal potential are part of what made his fighters special.
Due to the fact that his fighters constantly moved their weight from side to side to avoid strokes, it also held their opponents in defense. In turn, this defensive posture created opportunities for the offensive. The constant movement of the head, displacement of body weight and a change in position made its fighters unpredictable. On command or as a result of a natural reaction to the enemy’s movement, the fighter struck, without even thinking about it. Cas did not just want to create boxers, he wanted to build "fighting vehicles." He was an inventor, boxing psychologist, historian, and his ideas changed the game. His philosophy, stylistic influence and approach gave rise to many branches and ideas that permeate the world of boxing.
His boxing innovations of ideology, inventions of equipment and training methods worked then and went through a full circle to make today's fighters better.
