Biography Alena Gil

Gil Alena Viktorovna a unique specialist in etiquette and protocol, a master of international class, director of the Pole Pole, was born under Lviv’s plastic in a military family, part of his life spent abroad until the family moved to Moscow. In the year she graduated from Moscow University of Culture and Arts, the Department of directing and acting. In the year she graduated from graduate school of the Schukin Theater School in the department of plastic expressiveness of the actor.

Since the xs, he has been performing performances, works on private and corporate projects, teaches manners and etiquette, European etiquette of the XIX century, secular etiquette, business etiquette and a protocol. Currently, he is working at the Academy of Women under the Presidential Administration, at the Business Protocol agency, the Institute of Noble Maidens, the Art-Imij Institute of Reputational Technologies.

He speaks Polish and Ukrainian, English at the level of colloquial. Married, husband is a businessman. On the Internet, there is practically nothing about you as a person, only mention of professional achievements. Are you closed to the public? To be honest, I did not engage in my PR, information from the companies with which we collaborated gets on the Internet. I don’t think that as a character I can be interesting to someone, and I think that I should position myself primarily as a professional.

In addition, it so happened that I work on the principle of “sundress radio”, according to the recommendations. In addition, I believe that professionals should be engaged in “promotion”. I am a happy person, my hobby is my profession. This began in the year with abstracts at the Department of Ethics and Aesthetics, but then no one was particularly needed and did for the soul, although my masters encouraged it.

At the Moscow Institute of Culture on the Direct and Master of the Actor, we, fortunately, were prepared for normal human life. We were told that if you do not teach your actors to move and speak, no one will teach them; If you do not explain to the artist what you want from design and scenery, no one will explain to him. Each of us had our own addictions - I have a love of movement, for everything related to plastic, in particular, for fencing, which I taught for many years.

Today I go to my colleagues-fucchers to find out something new and maintain a form. When I was engaged in the graduate school of the Schukin Theater School at the department of plastic expressiveness of actors, my second love - etiquette - connected to the first. Now I have a very good course, almost unique - Russian and European etiquette of the XIX century, and since I am a “movement”, I must be able to show it and teach people.

The theatrical specificity is very narrow, so the financial well -being gives me secular and business etiquette, as well as the protocol in demand today. Thus, the love of etiquette and movement overlapped each other, and this turned out to be my feature. By engaging in etiquette, I constantly find out something new of the culturalists, art, which personally develops me. Learning more, I can give more people more, besides, get money for it, - you must admit, this is some kind of happiness.

My goal is to achieve to be the best, most reputable practical specialist in his field. What kind of definition of etiquette would you? Let’s say, etiquette is secular conventions adopted in a particular environment, there are people who subtly feel the atmosphere and interlocutor, and from the point of view of etiquette, their behavior is impeccable, although they do not even know about it, and vice versa.

Even if you don’t feel it, there are certain rules of conduct in society. For example, it is formulated that the lady should look worthy, elegant and not insulting anyone with her appearance, and I must explain how to do it. But I can’t force anyone, a person, owning knowledge, decides where, when and how he will look. When making decisions, he has a set of tools for self -expression.

That is, etiquette is not a set of restrictions, but an increase in freedom of choice? Absolutely true. Suppose yesterday I went on kayaks, and today I want to be a secular lady. When I can behave organically in any situation, my range, including as a woman, expands significantly. I myself make decisions with knowledge of the matter - it means that I am free. In other words, etiquette is an encoded system of relations, and when people play according to these rules, it is comfortable and comfortable with each other.

This is the same language as any other, even more so - everyone understands you on it. Is it not worth the effort to freely understand each other in a foreign country? This is a way of facilitating and improving the effectiveness of communications, working with the internal culture of a person. Are there national etiquette features in Russia? Yes, and first of all it is gender, that is, the difference in sex.

If all over the world in business is a professional-a lady, then we have the opportunity to be a professional lady. In business, your level, status regulating the system of relations, then age, and only in the third turn gender differences are important. The Americans with their sexual harassment in the service have already become a lady in the tongue. Our situation is different.

If a man has the opportunity to respect a woman within the framework of business etiquette, he does it. In addition, our women cannot be forced to dress according to the Business Best dress code, which is the highest piloting of conservatism in business clothes. Our woman will certainly show her female entity in something, if the heel is so heel! The same with cuts and cuts.

In addition, we have other rules of office work, it is customary to knock on the door to the leader, the client to represent the boss, and not vice versa, as in America, where it is believed that the client is the best that happened in your life. In general, we have very national features with which foreigners do not know what to do. Therefore, at present, we are seriously working on their wording, collect and systematize the material.

It should be understood that Russian features are not bad or a shortage, namely features. Is it possible to talk about the increasing demand for etiquette in our country over the past decade? I fix it as a specialist, as a woman, as a city resident. Previously, we were “guys and girls”, now we have the opportunity to more clearly show self -esteem and individuality, which is expressed through manners.

People need to be beautiful, to give each other joy and pleasure by courtesy and gallantry. At first, this went through secular etiquette, gradually they began to focus on the business eTICT, so now it is part of the reputation of the company and man. A new business industry is being developing-a reputation department where PR managers, brand managers, and protocol service are combined.

But so far in Russia this is at the level of large businessmen and corporations. You worked with the foreign and metropolitan audience and with our, “peripheral”. Is there a difference? For me not. The only difference in the status of a person is the higher, the easier it is to work with the client. He is smart and knows why he needs it. The lower the status, the more complaints to the teacher and the “window dressing”.

Another point-people are more drawn to this knowledge in the center of the country, since the business environment is more developed there, where success now depends on subtle technologies, and this requires classes, etiquette, and the skill of the actor-all that increases communicative competence. For example, MBA-Master Business Administration, master business administration, this is the highest class of managers in business.

As one of my students who went through the business adomination course said, “at first you do not attach any importance to this, and only when you begin to create your company, you restart on the need to find reliable people, correctly arrange them, organize all internal working processes.” That is, at the technical level, all companies are the same, and only the ability to communicate and sell - yourself, company, products, gives advantages in the market, so everyone rushed to conquer these advantages.

Is it possible to note who your master class in Krasnoyarsk interested in? I was invited by the director of the theater of the young spectator Andrei Nanchuk to conduct specialized master classes for theatrical figures and everyone in the framework of the V inter-regional theater festival "Siberian Transit". Many responded to the proposal, and a full hall came to the lesson.

You know, there was a very good hall, just amazing. Mostly representatives of the “official” world, business circles came, there were private individuals. As a rule, presentations are carried out very punishment, per person, so I was slightly worried before a large number of unfamiliar audience.

Biography Alena Gil

But the hall immediately joined the work, and the answer was so powerful emotionally that I immediately started, and the excitement disappeared. He decided to put the play “Toybel and her demon” on the philosophical parable of the famous writer, Nobel laureate, Isaac Bashevis-Wesner and Yves Friedman. This is the story of the tragic love of the poor Kabbalist Elhanon to the beauty Toybel.

Love makes him accept the appearance of Gurmizakh - the lord of all demons, and to come to his lover every night. Reality leads to the destruction of the world of love illusions and leads heroes to inner collapse. Nanchuk made a very flattering offer for me - to make all the love scenes in the play. Then, ten years ago, we worked with the director Yuri Mochalov, a representative of the classical directorial school for almost a month and a half.

He worked very carefully and in detail, according to the classical version - at first you make proposals to the master, and he chooses. It was a very fruitful joint work, and it is very pleasant that in ten years she remembered, and I was again invited. When you begin to read the scenes of Toybel, you understand what a stunning author and the play itself, how the rhythm is spelled out inside the scenes.

I had two actors, five days and an absolute card blanche.During these five days we have developed a “Masonic” team of three people with their atmosphere, conversations. We worked 12 hours a day, but this density has its own charm - this is how things that may not have been born in a relaxed state are born. These are love scenes, they must be built delicately, because this is the theater of the young spectator, although the performance is by no means childish, do without physiology, but to make sure that all men and women in the hall die out.

Now there are not so many touching performances where the emphasis is not on the “action”. My task was to offer a kind of plastic drawing from which Andrei Anatolyevich chooses what he considers necessary. Now it is difficult to judge the result, only rehearsals are underway, besides, the performance is very thin, its maturation is not fast, but if a piece of my work remains there, I will be happy.

As a director of plastic, I participate in no more than two or three similar projects per year, so when there is an opportunity, I spread one hundred percent, getting tremendous pleasure.
