Among the vivid memories of childhood, adolescence, youth is a special atmosphere of home feast with wine, joy, songs. Over time, Ivan was carried away by wine -making processes, technologies, equipment. And a little later, an adult awareness of the value of the traditions and wine heritage of the Taman land appeared, where for more than two thousand years BC they cultivated the vine and made wine.

Ivan is proud that today Taman's winemakers use ancient recipes, technologies of viticulture and winemaking and experience that the elders are conveyed. As the project was being implemented, Ivan Schwets was surrounded by serious, involved and loving wine -like crafts. The winery "Wine Village" is located on the outskirts of the village under construction.

This year it is not planned to process grapes here, but the work of the full cycle winery will be established in the next. On their own vineyards laid down in the year, winemakers are cultivated by white varieties: cartoon, floral, nutmeg, red: Saperavi, Cabernet, Sira, Pino Noir, Krasnostop.
