And how did it happen that you connected to the composition of boxing coaches? At first I did not agree to become a boxing coach. He told Sherzoda Rikhsibaevich that there are experienced trainers in the boxing federation, among whom are my mentors, only if there is a new job and direction, I can change my direction.

Several hours passed after this conversation, and Sherzodtashmatov again called me and said that the female box needed to popularize that this is a new direction and appointed me to the female boxing coach. The work began with the fact that they began the preparation of girls who wanted to engage in boxing for tournaments in order to increase their capabilities. In one year, they prepared the winners of the Asian Championship and the participants of the World Cup. The result of our work was the silver medal of the chain, which was won by Yodgora Mirzaev. And among our girls, the boxing became the first participant in the Olympic Games.

During the preparation of girls, we also prepared coaches for working with them.

After, according to the invitation of the Boxing Federation of Uzbekistan, I went to work in the male team. What is the secret of this success? The experience and the work of Tashmatov plays a special role. In fact, Sherzod Rikhsibaevich successfully worked in the federations of Muaytai and kickboxing, at the center of development of eastern martial arts, this is noticeable in terms of the results and victories, achievements, and, of course, the highest organization of important tournaments in our country.

In the category of 69 kg, Madrimov gave his place to Giyasov, but showing his capabilities in the category of 75 kg, he returned to the national team in a short time. At the Continental Championship in the year, seven boxers of Uzbekistan reached the final, and Dusmatov and Melikuziev became champions.
